Refund Policy

At The Art of Ebb & Flow, I strive to create offerings that are meaningful, supportive, and accessible. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for sessions, workshops, and other services.

My intention is to honor both your time and mine, while maintaining flexibility and fairness.


1. Sessions, Workshops & Offerings

Cancellations by You

Because time and space are intentionally held for each participant:

  • Individual Sessions:
    Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session may be refunded or rescheduled at no cost.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours:
    Payments are non‑refundable, but you may request to reschedule once at my discretion.

  • No‑shows:
    Missed sessions without notice are non‑refundable.

Workshops, Classes & Group Events

Due to preparation, materials, and limited space:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event may be refunded or transferred to another offering.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non‑refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another person if you wish.

 

2. Cancellations by The Art of Ebb & Flow

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session or event due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • You may choose a full refund
    or

  • Transfer your payment to a future session or event.

I will always communicate changes as promptly as possible.

3. Digital Products (if applicable)

All digital products — such as recordings, guides, or downloadable materials — are non‑refundable once delivered, due to the nature of digital access.

 

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
