When you feel the wave building—tight chest, racing thoughts, clenched jaw—try this 60-second reset. Exhale fully, then inhale for 4, hold for 2, exhale for 6 (repeat 3 rounds). Let your shoulders drop and feel one point of contact supporting you (feet on floor, back on chair, hand on heart). Name one true thing in this moment: “I am here,” “I am safe enough,” or “This will pass.” What phrase helps you come back to yourself when things feel intense?

Our lives move in seasons, even when the calendar doesn’t match. Take a moment to check in: are you in a season of planting, growing, harvesting, or resting? Notice what your body says before your mind answers. If you’d like, write one sentence that describes your current season and one thing you’re needing more of (support, quiet, movement, clarity, softness). Someone else may be in the same tide as you.

We live in a culture that glorifies the flow — the doing, the producing, the moving forward. But the ebb is sacred too. Rest is not laziness; it's part of the rhythm. What does your ebb look like right now? Are you honoring it or pushing through it? Share how you're tending to your rest this season.
When life feels unsteady, returning to the earth can anchor us. Try this: stand barefoot (or imagine it), press your feet into the ground, and take five deep breaths. Feel the weight of your body held. You are supported. What's your go-to grounding practice when the waves feel too big? Share below — your ritual might be exactly what someone else needs.
